The project An artificial intelligent platform to support students by assessing their performance skills through predictive models created from their writing skills – AISE aims to develop a platform that will apply artificial intelligence-based techniques. The educational community will use the platform for automated assessment of high school students’ skills by employing predictive algorithms. Various AI-based techniques will be applied to unstructured text collected from teachers in Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, and Serbia to extract patterns and insights to provide a predictive platform.
The AISE project meeting was held in a hybrid format on November 7th and 8th at the Rectorate building of the University of Kragujevac, organized by the City of Kragujevac and the University of Kragujevac. Guests of the City and University included representatives from the Directorate of Secondary Education of the Prefecture of Preveza and the Ionian University from Greece, the institution DouMag Ltd, and the 3rd Technical and Vocational School of Education and Training of Limassol from Cyprus.
The guests had the opportunity to visit the ‘October 21st’ museum and experience Serbian traditional cuisine and hospitality. Jelena Pavić, a member of the City Council for Health and Social Protection, hosted the guests on behalf of the city, while Prof. Dr. Nenad Filipović, full professor and Acting Director of the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia, welcomed the guests on behalf of the University of Kragujevac
The meeting was a key element in deepening collaboration between Greek, Cypriot, Croatian, and Serbian partners, as well as in implementing important details of Work Packages 2 and 4 of the AISE project.
