The Directorate of Secondary Education of Preveza is pleased to announce its successful participation in the CUC2026 Conference, held in Croatia from 15 to 17 April 2026, where it delivered a two-day workshop entitled:
“Artificial Intelligence for the Automated Assessment of Student Performance: The Case of the AISE Project”
The workshop introduced participants to the AISE platform, an innovative system that leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology for the automated assessment of student essays and the provision of personalized feedback.
Over the course of the two-day programme, participants had the opportunity to:
- Attend a live demonstration of the AISE platform and its core functionalities
- Explore methodologies for interpreting the results produced by Artificial Intelligence
- Become familiar with practical strategies for the meaningful integration of AI tools into teaching practice
- Take part in a structured discussion on the ethical and pedagogical dimensions of Artificial Intelligence in education
